GMT developer takes the hard work out of selecting Audio
Visual equipment for your properties. From the CAD plans
that we will supply to you all you have to do is ensure
that the wiring network is in place. As this is mainly
CAT5e wiring the cost is negligible and as we are involved
from the start this work can easily be worked into the
build process without additional fuss.
Once this is done we will provide an engineer to install
the equipment. We will supply all equipment which is pre-programmed
at the factory meaning that the developer can sit back
and know that the end product will deliver stunning broadcast
quality video and leave the end client more than impressed.
It’s as simple as that.
The Primary Developer System consists of six zones (rooms)
each having audio and video playback capabilities, seamlessly
hidden yet easily accessible via in wall control units
and hand held remotes. This means that as your client
walks through your property they will be able to listen
or watch either music or TV / video chosen from six sources
all at the highest quality levels.
They can watch a DVD on a 42 inch plasma screen in the
living room while their spouse watches the news in the
study and the kids listen to a CD or MP3 track by the
pool. All of these at the same time independent of each
other but 'piped' through the the same beautifully installed
system.
Your client will walk through the property and enjoy these
multi media solutions without seeing any unsightly speakers
and cables. A discrete Multi room audio & visual system
is a must for any contemporary renovation or new build.
