Our systems are designed to be as robust and reliable as is possible. However we always make provisions for the quality support our client’s deserve.. During the installation we take every care that all the components are clearly labelled and well thought out, we always try to design for the future in mind. By using only the highest quality materials and well thought out design we minimise the prospect of equipment failure from the start.
When you have experienced our personal attention during the commissioning, design and installation process then we believe that that is not the end of the high levels of service we can provide. We want our clients to know that we are here to support and this is why we have created an easy way to handle your maintenance.
Maintenance from the manufacturers is free for the first year although computer components only carry 90 days cover. This is fine but the clients often have to bear the expense of uninstalling and dispatching the equipment back to the manufacturer. This is not good enough for us or most importantly our clients. For a mere 10% of the original purchase price we will provide complete cover for the first 12 months, including an annual visit to keep the system in top shape. This provides or clients complete peace of mind, something of a first we believe. We also cater to extending this further into the second / third years and we are always happy to discuss this.
For our corporate clients, we provide cover for any working day of the week.
